After reading some folks ideas about how to improve your LEE pot, I thought I'd contribute mine.

It's pretty simple. I just added a brass weight to the top of the valve rod to increase the shut off pressure. My pot worked pretty well, but you have to keep adjusting the screw because the flow rate changes and the spout would start to drip.

I did two things. The first was to add the weight. It's just a piece of 3/4" brass rod that I cut off. I don't know how much it weighs, but it feels about right.

Second was to put some lapping compound in the valve rod seat and lap them in good.

The good news is no drips and the pot shuts off nicely! The bad news is that I forgot to clean all the lapping compound out of the spout and the lead would barely trickle out. So I drained the pot again and cleaned the spout out good. Let's see how she does next time!

But, the good news is I had fun and I think I made an improvement.
