Out of round Lee boolits

I recently purchased 2 Lee six cavity moulds. Once I got the hang of them I was in boolit nirvanna. The little 105 swc cast out at .359 and was dead round. The 158 rf was .359 on the center band but the base was out of round ranging from .356 to .359. I thought it might be my casting technique so I tried a second batch being sure to keep the mould handles closed and everything lined up. Same results.

Has anyone else had this issue with this mould?

Yep. Send it back. You might try Lee-Menting it but if that doesn't work any warranty is gone. I've ruined plenty of things, thinking it should be an easy fix.
