Need a 2 cavity sprue plate for H&G 12s

I was digging through my moulds the other day and came across a Hensley & Gibbs 2 cavity 12s mould. Cute little 38 bullet maybe 130 or so grains. I have no idea where I got this mould. It is complete with handles. I would like to try to cast with it except there is no sprue plate.
Where can I get a sprue plate that would work? Can anyone make one? Any and all help is welcomed.

Fish4 contact Ballisti-cast. They purchased the Hensley & Gibbs tooling and should be able to provide you with a sprued plate....Wes
