I am not entirely sure, but, I believe you might need to go larger, like .312.

You may have alot of boolit options open to you as I believe the Mini 30 has a true 30 cal. .308 dia bore

If you do have a true .308 bore , this might work well in your rifle :

I never slugged the bore on my mini 30 but it does tend to shoot 312 sized bullets better then 309 or 310. What ive shot out of mine are 120 grain 32 mag bullets. the lbt 120 rfgc seems to do best. Ive got the new group buy mold comming and that should work fine. Ive shot those 120s at 2000fps using 1680 with any leading problem. I cast them out of 5050 ww/lyno and there lubed with a hybrid mix of felix lube. Accuracy isnt steller. About 3-4 inch at a 100 yards but then thats about it for that gun with ball bullets too. I will do about 2 inch with hornady jacketed soft points.

There are Mini-30's around with both .308, and .310 bores. For several years they have been the larger size, but if you have an older one it might be a good idea to slug the bore.
