There's been a whole bunch of discussions on this very topic. Go up to the toolbar at the top of the page and run a search for "Cleaning Lubrisizer."
FWIW, though, I've had good results removing the H&I set and the compression nut (from the reservoir), then using an electric heat gun to melt out the old lube.

Heat gun works well as does putting it in boiling water. Dismantle as many things as possible from the sizer first, and don't use the wife's good cookware...Ray

+1 to boiling water. I got a 450 that looked pretty beat up. Turns out, after boiling out all the lube & grime, the thing looked brand new!.. $35 bucks for a like new gray 450, sounds good to me! ;)

When I rebuilt mine I scraped out all the gunk I could and then soaked it overnight in my wash tank. Scrubbed it out the next day and it all came out real easy. Didn't have hair dryer/heat gun.
Maybe you have a friend with an automotive repair shop that has a parts wash tank? Take doughnuts along.....

A friend of mine (yes I do have a friend) gave me a "broken reloading press". that came in a box of yardsale stuff. I took a heat gun (used to strip paint) and boiled most everything and a 450 Lyman sizer with 355" sizer and correct top punch for a 9mm materalised. It had the old black lyman lube and had dried solid till I "persuaded" it to leave. A few hours labor equals a almost new sizer.:-DRobert
