I am going to cast a guy up a bunch of Boolits out of a Silver solder that is suposed to be 8% silver and most of the rest of it Tin
9MM , 40 and 45

Not a big deal

But he wants to load and shoot some
Not Sure if why , but he dose
Maybe Werewolf is in season

I know they will be long for weight
So standard cast loads , using weight for weight will probely be over pressure due to bearing surface and case fill percentage

And if he uses data for what the mould should produce
He will be probely running real low pressure and probely not enough recoil to eject the empty

So would you think , splitting the 2 would work ?
He is doing the loading not me , I am going to sujest he load a few and try them
Before loading the rest

Will probably be the same resistance as jacketeds in the bore.
Would I do it? Probably not unless I really cut it with pure lead.

So what is the bag limit on werewolves?

Do they fall under the endangered species act?

Here they fall under unholy varmints. We have a point system. You can shoot any combination up to five of werewolves, witches, zombies, or vampires.

If you shoot a lawyer or a liberal politician they reset your bag limit.

Use enough gun. Especially on the politicians.

That gives "mining the berm" a whole new meaning...

Ol' Scrooge McDuck was having nightmares that he was loosing money...
It turns out one of his mines was under attack by some humungous monster like a Trojan Horse, and they ran out of lead bullets. So, they had no choice but to cast gold bullets, which the bandits pulled out of the hide of the "monster".
Where is the exact GPS location of your berm?

I have 20 oz + chemically reclaimed silver that a jeweler wouldn't buy from me because he said it was to pure to cast without being brittle. I had thought about casting a cylnder full of .38 spl. hollow points and load them into some old nickle cases to have as a joke. :Fire: After all this is "Big Foot" country.

IIRC, it contains a significant percentage of CADMIUM, which is a very toxic metal. I wouldn't breathe the fumes...

If you're using new solder, you should be able to get a copy of the MSDS (material safety data sheet) that would list exactly what's in it and what the legally-required warnings are.
