Can a .515" CB be sized to .511 or .512"?

The easiest way would be to get a Lee Push-Thru bullet sizer of .510. Then open it up to .511. Test. If you need .512 then open to .512. Should be plenty in archives about opening up/honing, etc. a Lee Push-Thru to a larger size. With simplest of tools not hard at all. Also, "Buckshot" I think can do it for a modest fee.
