I'm just getting ready to start buying my casting equip. Should I buy lee tumble lube molds lee size die so I can use my reloading press, or am I better off buying standard molds and a sizelube press.

I use Lee molds, Lee sizers, and pan lube.
Clean up after a range session is easy.
Inexpensive, works well, and lube is simple to make and use.

Thats what I'm using right now. Though one day I do plan on buying a lubrisizer. But for now the Lee method works.

Keep an eye on Ebay. A lot of folks purchesed molds without any experience. They will get hideously frustrated. Lee molds make great castings, once you get used to useing aluminum molds. I use them exclusively.
Midway has most of the molds I prefer in stock. The out of stock choices show to a large extent the experience of the casters.
I have the 120gn TC from Lee, the 158gn FP, the .45acp 200gn FP. Those are my first choices. Been useing them ever since.
