Shooters,

I "need" to try some 7mm Soup Can Boolits.

I want to try some, hopefully I will get drawn for Elk...........

I currently have the Lee 7mm Mould, but it throws a 130 gr. boolit and I want something bigger.

I like Lee (yes I am a cheapskate).

A question for the more experienced, are all molds created equal?
What I mean is, if I try some boolits, and my Mauser likes them, will the mould I buy throw the same boolits?

What do you want in trade?

hiram,

I think it is a squared off boolit

It is sopposed to look like a "Chicken Noodle Soup Can"

What do you size your boolits to?

What rifle do you shoot them in?

These are sized ,284. I bought them for a 7mm mauser. I have sold that rifle and I have a Rem RB in 7 I will try them in. These are pointed with an extremely small meplat.

http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=30213,
read this thread, also look at the drawing and you will see that there is little nose section, meaning that the front band is .284' and will require seating it deep into the case
