View Full Version : Is there a Primer drought?

Seems like most of the larger reloading supply houses are 'OUT OF STOCK' on Small Rifle Primers.

And I haven't seen any Winchester primers (other than shotgun primers) anywhere for sale in a month.

Anyone have a lead on where to pick up a few 1000 Magnum Small Rifle Primers?

Thanks,

Murphy

Cabelas had them last time I got some two weeks ago.
My quandry has been large rifle primers. Seem to go through them rapidly. Gotta slow the wife down at the range.

Dunno about a drought but as fast as the manufacturers can make them people snap them up fearing huge taxes or outright bans under the new admin.

You can order some Wolf from Powder Valley. At least last Friday they had some. Good prices on powder too.

Yup, you gotta beat the bushes and be in the right place at the right time.

Yup, panic buying and hording. I understand the current anxiety but a little patience would help us all. And maybe stabilize prices.
