Does anyone have the Lee 2-Cavity Bullet Mold C309-200-1R? I need to know what size it will cast. I am looking for a 311-312 bullet.
Thanks

Haven't tried the 200-grainer but the Lee .30 cals (150 and 180 grain) I've used in the past have dropped .310-.311 pretty consistently. You could probably beagle one out to .312 without too much trouble, though.

If you need that large of a bullet you may be able to use a 303 brit bullet. Like Lee C312-185-1R. My Lyman #314299 cast .3135 X .3025.

You'll do well to get a .310" bullet out of most 30 caliber molds.

Mine drops at about 310 but the nose is a bit thin. .300. Just tested tonight.

Mine as cast are .312" at the bands, with the noses being too fat, somewhat ovalized, .302 x .304". I was hoping to get one with the "too skinny" .298" nose some have complained of, as that would be the ideal K-31 boolit IMO. Mine is a 2 cavity from 2 1/2 or 3 years ago.
