What's the deal with Magma?

I've sent 2 emails and no response. Do they only answer the phone? Any ideas?

I get the feeling they are not too email savy. They are very helpful on the phone, I had no trouble ordering my sizer.

I got an answer to an email question from magma the other day. Took'em 7 or 8 days tho. Would suggest putting as much specific info as possible in the subject line. I'm sure they get alot of email.

The staff at Magma are all 50+ years old and I think they have 1 computer in the whole shop. I am fortunate to live a few miles from them and I now drop in from time to time to pick up my own stuff. Great bunch of people, very friendly and knowledgeable, but definitely not technophobes.

Thier building is much older than I am and they probably should move to a newer and bigger place, but they seem happy with it.
