Can the temperature you are casting at affect the weight of the finished bullet?

Yes temp will show minor fluctuations in bullet weight and diameter.

At the gross level, it can have a sizeable influence. Too cool, the mold doesn't fill out, light bullet. At the level you are probably asking, the effect is pretty small. High heat and the alloy shrinks more as it cools, but the hotter mold is bigger to start with. Of course, at high heat it is easier to get alloy where you don't want it, holding the mold open a little bit.
