Does anyone have a copy of the Aug-Sept 2005 issue of Handloader? Brian Pearce did a comprehensive article on loading for the .44 Special and I'd like to snag a copy. Perhaps someone could scan and email it to me?

I would be interested in reading that article myself if anyone can help out. Thanks.

I'm looking at the issue and article. Issue #237, Volume 40 #5. The article is entitled, "Midrange Loads for the .44 Magnum." Are you still interested?

I have most everything since about 1973, in binders.

NuJudge,

It's actually one issue earlier. It's in Issue 236, Vol 40 Number 4. The article is titled "Handloading the .44 Special."

Do you have that one?

Oops, but I have that one too.

I'm a geek, but not a computer geek, so don't ask me to do anything technical. What do you want? PM me.

It's broken down by Catagory One (15,500 psi or less), Catagory Two (22,000 psi or less), and Catagory Three (25,000 psi or less).

Patrick, I put the article in the mail to you this morning. It's really quite a good article. Sometimes i wish i had Handloder on a disk. Think it would be easier to go back and access and re-read some of the good ones. All the Best
