I have 15 people at present on www.saubier.com (small caliber forum) that have an interest in a Bullet Mold for casting Lead Bullets for the 5mm Rem Mag Centerfire conversion.

The Molds from Lee Precision cost $24.95 each and the one time setup fee is $100.00 If we have enough orders for Molds and everyone pitch in a share of the setup fee the total cost would be a lot less per Mold. The setup fee is waived on an order of 25 molds.
These are double cavity molds for 35 gr bullets. These cast bullets are very accurate in this cartridge and make for some good accurate cheap plinking reloads. http://www.hunt101.com/img/363937.jpg
So if any of you guys with a 5mm Rem Mag conversion are interested in one let me know as the setup fee is for a one time run. Any additional molds after that would require an additional setup fee. The more the merry and lower the cost.
Email me to get on the list. bwest@icehouse.net Thanks Bill :castmine:

I always wanted one of those 5mm's. I really drooled over them in the gun mags back then, while in high school. I saw a remington at the gun show last time, but they wanted something like $350?? More than I was gonna give up, for sure.

..............Aren't those cute 8) ! Our old rangemaster had 2 of those Remingtons. Clip and tube fed. There was a conversion to centerfire using 22 Hornet cases as a basis I think. Cooper? Am I mixed up, ha!

I'm hoping to find one of these in good shape, preferably the 591, being clip fed, but beggars can't be choosers, right? Anyone have a line on one, let me know. That would certainly make my day. As a kid, I wanted 2 guns more than any; Marlin 39 lever .22 & the Rem. 591 in 5mmMag. I've got the Marlin, still lookin for the Rem.
