At first I thought I had seen a today page, then had trouble with my password, got that all straightened out, now I don't see a Today page...you still working on that?

Well for right now that will work, it's the new posts from your days visit. BUT, I have the code right now to create the actual 'TODAY' page. I have other things trying to fix right now, then i will work on that.:coffee:

The today feature needs to be fixed so that when someone posts a reply to an already existing thread, that it deletes the previous posts and only shows the new one.....now that is in just the Today feature.....not the main thread where the original post is found. It's confusing to have a bunch of the same titled threads in the today feature and probably also eats up space.

I second the notion! This board software you are using appears to be quite easy to tailor for what the membership expects. Finding quality software to be able to accomplish such a feat is worth a pot of gold. My hat is off to you, and thanks for sticking by your guns. ... felix

Actually the Today page was updated a bit today. It now shows up to 9000 Chars per post. So it should show the entire post, not just a "snippet" of it.

But I am not sure about where to go next.. I can maybe make it to show pictures too, but if people post lots of pictures these pages will take quite a while to load... Do you guys still want this to happen?

Regarding the pics,,If my vote counts I say yes,it isnt often we are inundated with pics,and with the limit on size we should be fine.
That said,I am on DSL service and have a huge advantage over the souls on dialup. Their vote must count,so lets hear from you guys here.
