Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here is a E-Mail my kid sister sent me, if you notice her Signature block , you will understand she see's this more than any one else I know

Sometimes movies can say what others cannot -- we did know a lot about
this movie and supposedly it does discuss what happens from death,
through Dover and on too their final destination. We were privy to some
clips and Mr. Bacon was here but other than that, we all get to see this
together.

It looks like HBO finally announced they are airing the movie Taking
Chance starting 21 Feb. Some of you may remember the story that
circulated a few years ago about Lt. Col Strobl who escorted the body of
19 year old Marine Chance Phelps from Dover back to his home in Wyoming.
Kevin Bacon stars as Lt. Col Strobl. Last year, we found out about how
they actually re-built part of the Dover Mortuary as one of the sets,
and we've been looking for it to air since then. Also, many of the
scenes on the aircraft were filmed at Dover and McGuire AFB. For those
of you who may be interested, here's the website:

I was tearing up just watching the little preview/promo, but I've got a
few weeks to stock up on tissues....

A friend had a shot in a crowd scene and an advisory role in it. He is looking forward to seeing it.

I was honored to witness this type of homecomming first hand here at home. We have a hometown hero here that was killed in Iraq several months ago. He broke out of cover to help a buddy that was shot by a sniper. He was hit through the arm opening in his vest. He did however live long enough to kill the sniper that killed him. He was excorted home by several Marine friends. When the hearse came through town it was escorted by a MC club that does this regularly. the streets of town were lined up with people holding flags and hands over hearts. I hope every town in the US has this kind of gratitude toward the ones who protect and preserve our freedoms, if so we WILL be alright no matter what.
