gallery/squib/whisper loads for 45/70

anybody have any near silent loads for the 45/70? i just tried trailboss and found 2 grains to bee too light, 3 grains a little loud. 2.5 grains with a tuff of dacron worked ok. just looking for a very quiet load for inside or for in town plinking.

i've read that and some of pacos stuff. just wondering if anyone else has any info.

i just shot the lee 390 grain hp boolit in my 45/70 using 2 1/2 grain of trail boss and a 1/2 grain tuff of dacron. from standing leaning up against a doorframe, i got a 2" group from 25 yards and it was nearly silent. thats minuite of varmint or better.
