Winchester has announced their GREEN 22 magnum ammo, lead free. It only shoots twice the group at twice the cost. This should give a real boost to the lead bans.

It is the only rimfire ammo we can use in "Condor Country". Don't know how it shoots, too expensive. Had to buy a box in case I got an overwhelming urge to go hunting where DFG thinks condors may roam.

Why not try a few common cheap and envioumentally friendly materials to make low velocity Booletts.

Organic materials: Salt mixed with a vegtable based binder/lubericant. ?

Corn ?

Im sure someone could invent something.
