A friend of mine is a carpenter. He was working in a Drs. office that had an X-Ray room. He had to replace a 4X9 foot sheet of lead that was backed with drywall. He tore the drywall off but the paper is still on the lead. The sheet feels like it weighs at least 150#. I am assuming this is pure lead?? Has anyone had any experience with this type of lead?? Best part is he gave me the sheet!!!!!!:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D Thanks, Tom.

The lead you got is pure lead.
I recived some the same way.
I cut it up with a hand jig saw and use it for
round balls.:castmine:

Make sure you smelt it outside. The adhesive that is used to glue it to the drywall produces some toxic fumes when burnt. Other than that enjoy, as you got your hands on some real quality lead.

Best wishes from the Boer Ranch,
