I took the barrel out of my glock23 today and chambered a loaded round made with my tl401-175-swc. It chambered but had a very snug fit. I had to really pull with my fingernails to get it back out. Is that ok ? :Fire:

I might set the casting a little deeper.
It might be ok in normal cycling, I just like them easy to remove.

Did you run your bullets through a .401 sizer?

I had the same problems with some 9mm bullets and it turns out they were dropping over on one side .360:eek:

When measuring using calipers twist the bullet to measure all sides, they are not always round.

Also is your brass sizer/decapper die screwed down tight against the shellholder/shellplate?

If the issue is your brass I myself would fire the rounds you made up, if the issue is your bullets I would not.

have you tried a dummy round in the pistol by just racking it??
you might have some sticky lla on the side of your case.

I think it was lube. They cycle just fine using the weapon. As soon as the snow melts up in the hills, I'm shooting.
