I am afraid you did. I received mine from the last GB yesterday. If I'd been thinking I would have ordered 3x as many! Oh well another will run and hopefully I'll be able to get in on it. Looks to me like a heck of a lot of work for the honcho, and it is appreciated here.

What is their minimum order and what are the prices like?
felix

You can count on a price equal to or less than that currently for the Hornady brand at the same quantity. Gator checks are always of the top quality, and for that you pay in wait time for the product. Because of the wait time, it is wise to purchase on a futures basis. ... felix

I have never had any issues with Hornadys. I would be in for a GB but if they cost the same as Hornadys I will pass.

Example on Gator prices
7mm $18 per 1,000 (not including shipping)
45 pistol $24 per 1,000
how does that compare?
BTW, there are a FEW leftovers for sale in the for sale section.
I think there are 6.5's left and 500 S&W's.

I know felix. Its a matter of not being able to come up with enough money at the time. Made more money when i was working! Seems like i can get the cabinets filled up with powder and primers and gas checks and think i have enough for years and 6 months later im out of half of them or the one caliber im playing with is the one i have nothing for. LLoyd, you NEVER buy enough! ... felix

I bought 1000 30 cal gator checks on the last group buy but I don't see myself loading the 30-30 up with cast any time soon. Do you have anything you would like to trade?
I just bought an ar15 so anything that will help me get to loading up something for it will be acceptable. I need bullets and brass.

ddeaton , if you look in the stickies here in the group buy section on Gator Checks I think that you could find out how to contact Gator , no web site that I know of , and deal with him directly .
Keith
As far as I know he still does not have a website. You can contact him here:

Got mine also, haven't done the math but the $ savings was considerable. Just take a look at what common sizes are going for on Ebay. Hard to determine the prices on dealer's shelves because those shelves are bare of all reloading components. I will definitely be in the next group buy if it includes a caliber I shoot.

Looks like all we need is a volunteer to Honcho the deal!! Poor and uncertain health issues prevent me from getting involved. Anybody willing to take the bull by the horns??
I was literally shocked at Midway's price for Lyman 44 cal gas checks, 48.00 + shipping!!!

I would be willing to do it. I don't really have a real job. So I have more discretionary time than most do. but, I don't have a clue how to do it. So I would need some assistance by those who do have clue.

35, 44 and 30 for me! I'll watch the postings and make sure I am in. Probably 3k of each. I have 10k of 35's, 6k of 44's and 3k of 30's..... but that isn't enough.....like the 2000 lbs of wheel weights....not enough!
I will be seeking professional help for my hoarding condition.

I'm your man on the GC's. Start watching the Swappin and Sellin....
I just got a shipment of GC's in, dividing them out now.
First come first serve.
I'll be haveing some on a regular basis.
If anyone would like to run a MASSIVE group buy give me a call/pm, whatever I"ll happily talk to you about what's involved.
I am selling these at the same price I would if we did a huge group buy. :)
