Yes .
I have loaded a bungh of 223 tracers , and a few 308 tracers .

Most light up , not all .

:Fire: Fun to shoot at night or late evening . :Fire:
But I started a grass fire , so be carefull.

Not nearly as accurate as ball IMO
I have been told to clean the barrel well after firing them , said to leave crud that causes rust or pitting in non chrome lined barrels ( I was told this , not sure )

The tracers are longer than Ball per weight .
So loads need to be adjusted .

A compressed charge for the Ball bullet will not leave enough space for the tracer to fit .

I remove the tar sealant after loading with a Scotch Brite pad just damp with Mineral spirits .

Have fun

Hi,
1) Anyone Know Of Surplus 7mm Bullets?
2) Would The Surplus 223 Bullets Work In My 220 Swift?
I Think They Would. But It Can't Hurt To Ask.
