H & R Shikari question

I have a Shikari in 45-70, I love the gun. I want to get a bullet Mold for it and start to cast my own for it. I would like something around 400gr. I have not slug the barrel yet. I have thought about the lee 459-405 HB. I thought this would be the place to ask with everyone’s deep knowledge of cast bullets. Does anyone have any suggestions or should I just stick with the 459-405 HB mold

Welcome to the forum. I don't have any experience with your Shikari,(have always wanted to find one) ,you might want to check out Logcabinlooms on U-tube. He has some old videos on reloading for his Shikari, that he made several years back. One video shows him load a cartridge with no tools other than a primer punch to knock out the primer, and reprime by closing the action on a case and primer. Interesting fellow and a favorite channel
