A Thank You to All My Father Dealt With

Last post on this account.

My father, this account holder, passed on 6/16/20.

He had me post pictures for numerous deals here.

I'd just like to thank you all for being kind and straight forward with my father. He was always looking for good deals and was always happy to sell and trade. He fortunately passed peacefully in his sleep. He struggled with cancer for a number of years and finally succumbed on June the 16th of this year.

Thank you all for being kind folks. I know he would wish you all a healthy future and he would hope you all would find great deals in his absence.

Sad to lose a friend here. Glad to know that he passed peacefully. So often we don't hear from the family. In that, we're left without closure why someone "left" the site and never returned.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your father, and our member here. Condolences to you and the remainder of the family.

My father was a member here (GARCIA). After he passed May of 2013 I joined here and have been an active member since. I found some Military friends of his here and I also have developed life long friendships of members here outside of the forum.

Rest In Peace Rio Grande- I would also like to echo osteodoc08 and start an account. Casting is a great hobby and there are many, many things to learn (and share). This is, in my humble opinion, the friendliest and most useful of the forums. So many of these folks will lend expertise or components to help each other along.
