I just bought a ton of gun related stuff, very errr, inexpensively. I am planning on throwing most of it on ebay. A few questions for you guys that hang out there a lot.

1 Do people buy the old ammo boxes because they collect them, or to get the fired brass and or live ammo ? I know you can't technically sell ammo on ebay, but it is usually "donated" to the winning bidder.

2. Are any of you aware of a cross reference chart for holsters ? I have about 100 in this lot, and most holster manufacturers don't list the model numbers on their websites. Hunter Holsters has the worlds worst website for this, but others are as bad. Those nasty bidders just won't buy a holster that doesn't fit their gun.

I am experienced enough selling to know the usual about always describing items honestly, etc. Any other tips.

My ebay user name is the same as here, Cabezaverde. I have duplicates and triplicates of many items. If you see somthing you are intersted in, let me know and we can work something out. Would just need to know how to verify you are a member of this group. Not trying to spam you here, just way too much to list in classifieds, and no, no molds in the batch.

Thanks for tips offered.

Cabe,

For the holsters, send for a catalog from a vendor that sells them. Midway comes to mind. They have to spell it out.
