At 7:20 this morning, I and his younger brother heard a boom and I told Jake that Zach or his Dad had killed a deer. Well, it was Zachary and he did it with my 1894 Marlin with 431244 boolits I cast and loaded with 19 grains of WC-820. The 6 point ran about 50 yards and expired and Popaw got to dress it.:-) Hold on, I gotta run and throw a rope around the boy and pull him back down to the ground. :-D Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

The boolit entered between 2nd and third rib from the back on his left side, traversed the lung section and exited just behind the right shoulder. Major lung disruption!
