Team.

I have been slowly tweaking my loads and lately introduced a blow tube to the mix.

Found if I used my 2 foot drop tube I could get 20gr Swiss 3Fg into the case level with the mouth. Compressed 1/8 inch and the CBE 377 124 heel bullet seats perfectly. Run the loaded, lubed round upside down into my .375 sizing die in the Lyman 4500 and off to the range.

There are six rounds in the this target. Range is 50m/55y.

Very nice! Sometimes it's nice to fight with them a bit before finding the magic recipe.

The treasures we find. I have a 1921 Commercial Martini-Henry with the Enfield barrel produced for the Afghan Royal Army that I aquired while stationed in Afghanistan. It is chambered for .303, and I would love to start casting for it. However, Although I am sure it is real, it is stamped all in Arabic. So verifying that it is safe to shoot would be quite a chore I am sure. Action is great. But I just don't know if I would trust the gunsmiths here in the Tulsa area to examine it, as I am sure few of them are Martini experts.

You sure do have a treasure, and now that you have a good load you are sure to have some fun with it! Great job getting the saddle back on that old work horse!
