I just ordered some Hi-Tech coated .358 dia boolits from Casting Machine, one of the Vendor Sponsors on this forum.
I am going to try them in my new Marlin .357 mag rifle. I'm just wondering how fast you can push these before you encounter problems with leading and etc. I have only used Hi-Tech coated boolits at handgun velocities so far.

Thanks for any comments and advice!

There are so many variables between guns and loads I tend to take the simple approach.
Start a load work up and see how they perform watching your accuracy and checking the barrel often for leading.
There are people that shoot Hi-tek with top loads . The more information you post about your bullet load and rifle will help people with experience with a similar combination tell you what works for them.
