1903A4 scope lyman 311299 cast bullet need info

Hi,i tried to developped a load for my 1903A4,i know am close but still,few adjustment will help

1903A4 rifle with Hilux scope MALCOLM 2.5X M82G2

lyman cast bullet 311299 gas check,32.0 gr of powder IMR 4895 WITH .8 gr of dacron,light crimp.
today the weather was -11 degrees sunny,
on the range at:
.50 inches 5 shot at 50 meters
1.00 inches 5 shot at 100 meters
at 200 meter it opened up,do i need more velocity,to make it closing up,thanks for you help

what sort of lube are you using in that weather... are you shooting with a warm barrel? tell us what other powders you have available and tried?

Hi,the lub i use is Carnauba Red,and let barrel cool down after 5 shot,i use imr 4064,H4895,maybe me,at 200 meter the target its very small(for me) with those type of scope.
