The other day went to the site and it didn’t log me in as usual. I tried to log in and I think I remembered the correct password, but it didn’t work. I went through the lost password process and after numerous attempts, finally got it straightened out.

The problem was the security code to enter. The numbers or letters out of shape with a lot of lines, to help keep hackers from making problems I guess. It was almost impossible for me to do. I couldn’t see all the figures. I repeatedly asked for new ones over and over. When I tried it wouldn’t work. Finally it did. Then I had to do it again at the end. Same difficulty. I’ve been through these codes many times before, but never like this. It was a miserable experience.

Has anyone else had the same difficulty as me? Can the site do something about it?

Usually there an option for audio and you can listen to the code.
Those codes can be pain, just need patience and attention to details.

I've had the same problem, though not here. It's not bad vision. I think that the figures are sometimes indistinct or, even if easy to see, can be interpreted in different ways. Either way, it's annoying at the very least.

Also, interpretation of instructions. Click on every image with a stoplight. Sure, what about some part of a stoplight? That is not a stoplight to me, but apparently is to them.
