Member -"galaxy" having website problem. Needs help

I contacted webmaster for him. He can login, but thats about it?

I am not sure what has happened but can tell you his profile returned to “Awaiting Email Confirmation” which applies to all new members and members who update their email address. I have manually set his profile to registered member so he should be able to post. As far as his contributor status goes it is collected and managed by the webmaster as payment for his services. If the member contacts me I can manually update his status once proof of payment is provided.
