Wanting to sell a RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure with both large and small drums in box with instructions. There is only the large caliber drop tube and it has a small chip in the bottom that doesn't seem to effect performance. There is some minor rusting on the handle knob and the outer end of the large drum adjustment screw. There also seems to be a little adhesive residue (although it's not sticky) on the top outside of the hopper. The inside looks fine.
