i had one on a 48.....for a while nice built, but sold it .
cant offer more info...sorry
i had to bevel the front to clear a 50mm scope.

just did not use it enough...now i got more 8's chit....
want one for a isreali 7.62nato belgium mauser..cant get an answer if they fit..

so guess i'm gona d/t the gun
