Where can I find, or who makes a soft case of the appropriate length for short carbines with or without scopes?

I have used the tactical cases made for AR-types, but they are not what I want. I have looked over everything in the Midsouth catalog. There is not much available shorter than about 46".

You might keep in mind that when you buy a soft gun case, that the length is the outside dimensions and not the inside. A gun that is 48" long will not fit in a 48" gun case.

Been awhile since I looked for gun cases. Nothing that suits a '94 carbine on ebay, Cabelas, Miidway or Uncle Mikes. You'd think someone would fill that gap. My '94 needs a 40" case, and no stinking scope, either. :(

I bought a package of 7 Boyt cases off of evil bay. I'm sure there was a couple of short ones in the package. I'll put a tape on them tonight .

I have an old 94 in 32ws. I bought a 40" Allen padded shotgun case from Midway and it's about perfect.

I stop by the Big 5, Sportsmans Warehouse, etc., every now and then. Go through the cases they have hanging on a rack near the back.

Most of them are name branded, Ruger, etc., but I've picked up two that just fit the short carbines. They are out there.:coffee:
