The best deal I could find was

Xfinity Mobile

Unlimited Voice and Text for up to 5 phones

Unlimited 45.00 per phone

YOU can share between 5 phones
1 GB $12/mo
3 GB $30/mo
10 GB $60/mo
If you go over your chosen amount, just keep using data at an additional $12/GB or adjust your minimum shared data.

After figuring our usage

Our phone bill will be $12.00 per mo. for 2 phone We were paying $76.00

I currently use RedPocket. Their prices are very competitive. They use verizon network (and others depending on your phone).

Been looking for a new carrier for a while.
I have Tmobile now. $25 a month.
I almost never use the thing.
Some months, not at all.
Don't need a smart phone.
I'm happy with a phone that is only a phone.
Tracphone, pay as you go, has a plan for $90 a year.
Checked the Patriot Mobile web site.
Couldn't find anything like that.

abunaitoo,

Do they have Speedtalk (https://www.speedtalkmobile.com/home) mobile in you area? Like you I don't use my phone much. I pay them $5.00/mo for 100 min. Works great for me.

We switched from Cricket to Consumer Cellular https://www.consumercellular.com/

They use the AT&T network. We've had no problems with signal strength and when I bought a new phone on Amazon (Oukitel K7 Pro https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X5H3NJT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, highly recommended if you need long battery life) I had to change the internal settings to make it work on their network. I called and got an actual person that walked me through the steps with no problems.

About the Oukitel K7 Pro: The battery life is extraordinary which is what I wanted. 10,000mAh battery that from a full charge after 2 days of texting the wife, listening to podcasts and online radio, checking email and watching a few Youtube video's still left me with over 40% power. It is a big phone for that battery, though. Not in height/width but depth and it is kinda heavy. Still very happy with it.

We have Consumer Cellular, and we're very pleased. Our data recently went up to 10 gb, at no additional cost. This is the 3rd time they have upped our data limit. We run 3 phones with unlimited texting and phone minutes, and the 10 gb of data for $70/mo.

I looked at Patriot Mobile, but for the way we use our phones (actually, the way I use mine) it doesn't work for us.

At least, not for the money I'm spending now.

Speedtalk mobile is Tmobile, so it would work with my phone.
Walmart is suppose to be the outlet here.
They have a year plan for $60 with rollover..
I'll have to check it out next time I'm at Walmart.
