For whatever reason, I can’t get my old phone to boot. Reckon there is a chance I can recover the data?

Load was a 310 grain 45 colt that I cast and powder coated. Casting has made reloading fun again!

Good laugh as Texas said. Now sell it on evilbay, they will buy anything, just don't forget to mark it "rare", "one of a kind" and "collectible".

Maybe I’ll have to hang a manhole around my neck. Lol

Now that’d be interesting. That guy was killed in 1996, ~10 years before the smart phone was introduced, and 19 years before the iPhone 6 was released!

I opened this thread with hope for data recovery on my iPhone that went swimming in Hawaii last fall. I'm just about to erase the memory like the OP did.

You got me.lol

But I thought I saw a pic of him resurface last year in New Orleans somewhere besides the other 12 times he was spotted.

What's a Tupac?

Tupac Shakur is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential rap artists of all time. By today's standards, some of his music would probably sound generic, because in a lot of circles it's become an archetype. I don't really listen to the majority of his music. He was super talented, it's just not my style. Some of it, however, was way ahead of it's time and transcended the still relatively fresh and growing rap scene into the mainstream, where it's pretty much stayed ever since. He's still regularly sampled in new tracks.

Unfortunately, as was often the case in the late 80's and 90's, there was a lot of illicit gang related influence in the industry, and he definitely partook. He was shot and killed in a drive by shooting in 1996 by an unknown assailant who was never caught. While there were a lot of folks with motive, nothing concrete was ever brought to light.
