Reloaders Reference

I lost my installation of Reloaders Reference application that I had installed on windows 10. I reinstalled without Access. I can not get it to run as the OS keeps looking for an application to open it.

any help would be appreciated.

It requires Access to run. It is a VB application that is built on top of Access. Reinstall Access then reinstall the Reference.
