Need help with Balisticast Mark 2

I have a balisticast Mark 2 and for some reason it's out of timing. It wants to pour in between molds.I dont know how to adjust what ever it is to get the molds to line up to pour in the molds. It was pouring every mold except one but now it will skip eack mold and pour in between each mold. Need help

check the proximity sensor that sit beside the roller on the mold carrier arm when the mold is under the pour spouts. There will be a red light when looking from the back of the machine..

I actually found the problem. It was out oftiming. I had to take the gear system apart and retire it. It's back and runnng..

1 tooth on the drive pinion make a hell of a difference to the running of the machine..
