Well I got a 50-70 Sharps Carbine and I don’t really know where to start to feed it.

What molds to people like for the 50-70?

And could Fg black powder be alright with it?

Otherwise what powder do you guys use?

Stopsign, Fg or FFg should be fine -- always a full case, with a bit of compression. Never air space with black powder. For smokeless, consider 5744.
I have used the Lee 515-450 with satisfaction. I have yet to try the big .510 600-grain Creedmoor from a mold I got from Buffalo Arms, but will get around to it before long.
My rifle is a Swedish rolling block rebarrelled with a Green Mountain barrel with 1:26 twist, so it should stabilize the big slug. If you have a slower, more authentic twist rate you may have issues stabilizing the heavier stuff. I also have a .515-350-grain Lee mold from Lodgewood that casts slugs for the Spencer and other Civil War carbines. This mold might be a good choice for your Sharps for plinking and target work. Highly recommended: Mike Venturino's "Shooting Buffalo Rifles of the Old West."

I have a Springfield M1868 Rifle and a Cadet, I use the Lee 450 grain bullet which looks very similar to the original military bullet. Fg will work, I use cartridge as I have a lot of it. I shoot mine as cast and pan lube them.

What do you pan lube them with?

If you are going to shoot BP you need a BP style lube to help with fouling. Commercially SPG is probably the most often used and you can get it in bulk, I make my own lube with bees wax as a base. If using smokeless powder you could use about any lube out there as they won't be going very fast, of late I use 45/45/10 (Liquid ALox lube from White Label Lubes) on a lot of pistol and rifle calibers.

I am in lay away for my 1868 Trapdoor.

Any preference on Dies?

I do plan to get the Lee bullet and use BP

OP - search cast Boolits for 50-70 information - there are a number of post.

I have a Pedersoli Long Range or Creedmoor Sharps replica but I do not use BP.
I have a good supply of SR4759 so I use that or 5744.
