We had a change today. The Boolit above is what would be run. It will chamber the same as the Lee in the same weight but with a Cramer HP option. Pending. This will also be available in 358 or 364 (for the 9mm Makarov fans).

Sequence of events: Participants order molds and are placed on the list, the Group Buy will close (which will be posted on the thread) at some time determined by MiHec, the molds are made from the orders on the list at the time it is closed or by altering what you want via PM to MiHec after it's closed. Extra molds should be available... order them by PM to MiHec. Invoices will be sent out via e-mail from the listed addresses and you pay by using Paypal...... Invoice will be in Euros which Paypal converts from Euros to dollars. After you pay, the mold gets shipped.

We are close to cutting this as a solid. The original requester wanted a solid. If Miha has a set of pins from an old buy we will make those requests separately. Will save months of time in getting this in the hands of the gentleman who requested.

Am perfectly happy with this design, perfectly happy with a mold for solids,
and am in for this one no matter what, or how long....

I like this profile, looks like a little brother to the MP RCBS 45-225 that is one of my favorites.

It has the standard sprue cutter. The 8 has the Lee style. I prefer the 6.

He is an honest guy as I have bought other molds from him previously. I am in OH and it generally takes 1-1/2-2 weeks for the mold to arrived in the mail. Just be patient. You will NOT be disappointed!

My last mould, he never sent tracking info. If you sign up for USPS informed delivery, it (and any other packages)will show up and you'll be able to track it as soon as they get it in their system, and you have a bit more control like being able to tell them where to leave stuff, etc, on a per package basis. Mine showed up once it cleared customs and made it to NY. 13 days from payment to my door, but I was one of the first to get it

Why did you stop doing tracking numbers? I have had 2 molds on the way for a long time now and neither of them have arrived. First time it's ever taken this long. I'd like to at least know where it's gotten hung up at during shipment and knowing what day it might arrive helps me to ensure I'll be here to sign for it when it comes.

I have had mine for a week or so. When you get your molds in check out the size of the holes in the sprue plate. Mine were too small to get proper fill out. I had to take a sprue plate off another MP 8 cavity and use that one.

Just recieved mine and found the same thing. Very hard to pour into the little holes. Have to line up the spout for every hole and if any lead spills into the next hole it blocks up. Makes casting slower than with a 5 cavity mould. Looks like I will be heading to the drill press. Does anyone know if the sprue plate is hardened?

No, found I had an 8 cav plate from another mold. I still think Mihek should come to the party here as they are unusable as is.

I purchased two of these molds and tried to use them today for the first time. The holes in these sprue plates are so tiny and when I tried to introduce lead into them, lead went everywhere except inside the mold cavities. I contacted MP just now so hopefully he will be sending out the correct size sprue plates for these molds. I agree, they are totally unusable now as is.

I ended up just taking a drill bit the same size as other spru plates on other molds I have and ran it thru the holes on this mold, took like 30 seconds an that fixed it.
