I sure might be missing something obvious, but why are my search results on CB limited to one page, with no ability to scroll see any more results? At one time the search results were posted as having so many pages, of which I could visit. Now, and for some time, I only get the 1st page, and no option to see other results of the search.

Thanks.

Not knowing your search term i used 357 Magnum. The search engine returned 15,300 "results" but only displayed the first 10 pages. Below the results you should see the number "1" with dots to the right - "1" is the page you are viewing and those dots represent additional pages. As you click the dots the page number you are viewing will be what you see.

Thank you for looking into this. I was able to repeat your search, as you described, using "357" as a search term. Great!

However, since I was having problems with a number of search terms, I did not think to post one I was having problems with. Here is the result I just now got using "volquartsen" as a search term. There is no "bottom" to the screen of hits, and no means available to scroll it to see IF there is the ability to choose different "pages" of search hits.

I just now tried it again, using "volquartsen" as a term, and it worked! Just a few minutes apart, it did not work, then it did? [smilie=b:

I changed nothing in the system settings - might have been one of those darn computer glitches people talk about. Glad it’s working for you.

Take care,
Robert

Geez! Yet one more time in my life, a computer gets the upper hand, for no other reason than to make me totally befuddled and look stupid, since it now works as soon as I bring my problem to someone's attention. :groner:  :dung_hits_fan: Pretty par for the course for me. Ha! Can't sleep anyway with this stupid back... And stupid computer...

Thanks again for looking into this, Robert. Now, I'm going to make some coffee and think about turning this computer into an NRA official 50-foot machine gun target. :bigsmyl2: Where's a BAR when you need one?

Hiker,
Don't feel bad, I do a lot of searching, and I get that glitch every once in a while when using "Google custom search" box. I assume it's an interface type thingy between Google and our software. Anyway, when I get that issue, I just switch to another form of searching.
