I just broke down some .357 rounds. They were loaded with 2400 and winchester small pistol primers. I want to load them with my new favorite load. This load uses H110. Has anybody used regular primers with H110 in .357 mag? The load is close to 100% case capacity. I know some guys use regular primers with H110 in .327 and .32hrm.

Ive used winchester primers, box says magnum and regular spp. No chrono so I cant confirm velocity, but they went bang. Only tried 12 rounds just to see if they work.
Others may chime in on speed results vs regular spp.

Yes, that is probably what I was going to do. Just load a few.
