I went to the indoor range last Saturday and there was hardly a spot left to park. I was prepared to wait a bit figuring most were there for CCP classes. Once inside, there was only 2 others on the line so I checked in and started my routine...shoot bit, pick up my brass and stretch. After a couple target sets I noticed a fella watching with the owner, not me in particular, just casually talking and watching. He looked familiar, but not uncommon.
When I finished I asked the owner who that was because he looked familiar. It was Massad Ayoob. He was teaching the class that had drawn the large crowd.
Probably better that I didn’t know at the time.
