The third of April I'll be 22 for the third time. The first two times had plenty of ups and downs but I didn't get excited. The last time I was just surprised that I'm still alive and the cancer hasn't killed me yet![smilie=w:

heheee...don't feel too bad about 66...I hit 69 at 8:00am this morning too....this day too shall pass.

Now we have to go all the way around the sun once more before we do this again.

Seems like that trip is getting faster with every year.

Happy Birthday Tom. Figuring age thusly I am 4x21 since January. lots of water. Lots of water under the old bridge. Put in for Bowhunting Elk in New Mexico. Only a very small percentage of their permits go to out of staters and many of those put in, so the chance of drawing is pretty slim. Makes me think in terms of winning the lottery percentages. My wife Lori took me out to dinner at the local steakhouse. I had a small ribeye and a baked sweet potato with marshmallows in it, and a salad. I can't eat much green stuff anymore, so she got my salad. Later we went to Dairy Queen and got a strawberry blizzard. I found that my lactose intolerance seems to have moved on. That's a good thing because I love ice cream, cottage cheese and peaches, and cream cheese and jelly on toast. I may even gain a bit of weight now. My pants may start to fit!

These trips round the sun seem to get longer with lots more drama, but they pass faster. If I make 3 more, it'll be 20 for the 4th time. In my misspent youth, it never occured to me that I'd be around this long.
