The enfield is a Winchester and chambered in 30-06. It has been glass bedded and Timney trigger installed. The gun has shot half inch groups with 125 grain and 150 grain jacketed ammo. The top 303 has a grenade attachment, a flip up rare sight, and a Williams peep sight. All three shoot great and are responsible for many WI whitetail harvests. $250 each plus shipping. I will discount if all three are bought and sent to the same location.

I would like cash to use for a Ruger super Blackhawk Bisley Hunter 44 or 41 mag.

Some othe questions I’ve received with answers.

The top 303 has a Williams peep sight.

The 1917 Winchester enfield has only one screw that has been tapped into it. It’s between the ears of the rear. I would assume it would be covered up if someone had the factory sights to reinstall. The front part of the sight is just a pressure point. The screw is tightened down to hold it off the front off the action and to apply pressure to keep it from moving.

Wait I just checked the eddy stone. Its not been drilled or tapped. So I will be upping the price. The barrel original and not been cut as well. My buddy might have the front and rear sights as well yet.

The only screw hole is the one between the rear tang that holds the factory sight on. I was thinking of my long gone Springfield I had tapped. The action and barrel are original and unaltered on this rifle. Just the sights removed which I believe my buddy who I got it from still along with the factory trigger.

Better pics will help you TB. They all look like nice hunters. The 1917 is Win or Eddy? You called it both ways.....

Thanks for the offer. I have a few buyers now that it’s not drilled and tapped in line for the original asking price now that it hasent been drilled into. As stated I was going to UP the price it’s now imo easily restorable with just adding a stock and reinstalling the factory sights. BUT I decided not to part with the 1917 for now. I’d be crazy to sell it for $250. IMO it’s worth about $600/$800 as is because all it needs is a stock to take it back to original. The oveninflated prices on GB are bringing $1200/$1500 for one and I’d be stupid to part with it for peanuts now that the metal receiver has not been cobbled and the barrel is original. It’s not drilled and tapped so all it needs is a $100 plus used stock set to take it to original...so I would be interested in a 1917 stock set as trade/partial trade on one of the 303’s. Or even an original SKS or even an AK for the pair of 303’s? If someone want to pay the $600/$800 on my 1917 fine but it’s not getting sold for $250 anymore. I would rather restore it and keep it. Thanks shout out to one of the other members here asking about the “tapped” hole that turned out to be the original screw hole for the rear sight. It made me take it apart to inspect it to find out the guns a keeper. I’m hoping someone here has a stock set to trade or sell me. I’m kinda getting excited about restoring it! The 303’s are going away though.

So 303’s still up for sale or interested in trade for an original 1917 stock set, or an original SKS, an AK, or big bore hunting pistols.

My buddy dropped off all the parts I removed for him. Looks like everything accept for the stock! The stock we tossed because the buttstock eas cracked in half. To bad we didn’t save it along with the top wood! Well 20 years ago we didn’t know better.

I’m really geared up for a stock now if anyone has a source.

Everyone has been telling me to keep and restore the top rifle. Can’t find a lot of info. It’s stamped BSA 1907 MK 1. I’m taking the advise and keeping it as well for now. I filled in the Williams holes in the receiver today and it’s ready for some cold blue. Learned how thanks to a Larry pudderfield video this morning. A couple of screws from outlet covers did the trick. Fun project, just need the front site, cut off plate and a few stock pieces now.

So I’d probably still sell the bottom rifle if anyone is a buyer.

Close please...keeping all for now. I’m redoing the bottom as a Jungle Carbine since th barrel has been shortened.
