I was so happy to see a Rock Auto ad in the American Rifleman again.
I did send the a email when they stopped, asking what happened.
Never got a reply.
I will send the a email expressing how much I appreciate them on their return.

If you're not in a hurry, Rock Auto is a good source for parts. Even with shipping they can usually beat local sources.

However, when you need it now - they're of little value.

They are a way of life for me... good parts, and service for the most part. Needing it now is not an option.

I just ordered from them today for my daughter and yesterday for myself. Order from all the time, because even with the taxes and shipping most times I can get parts for at least half price.

I alternate between them and amazon for my parts depending what it is . This past week I needed and O2 sensor for my tracker both had in stock amazon was almost half the price with free shipping an I got in 3 days

I haven't utilized them yet. I order parts from Auto Zone and Amazon. It's hard to get parts for 'foreign' cars (like my Toyota 4-Runner) here in Korea. Auto Zone doesn't charge shipping to APO addresses, but they don't mail everything that they sell, either. Amazon also doesn't mail everything, which limits what I can get here in Korea. Amazon did mail me a muffler (with 2-3 feet of exhaust pipe sticking out each end) here, though. That was surprising!

Rock Auto is very good. There are reputable companies that sell on Amazon also. Don’t underestimate the power of local parts stores as far as price goes. After applying a few coupon codes for a 150.00 radiator I got it down to 100.00! (Oreillys). Advanced auto, Autozone and others offer coupon codes too.
