It's a computer. They go down from time to time. Seems to be working fine again now.

It went down a little after 1-2 AM CST. I think.

I just figured it was some routine maintenance, or something like that.

I just went other places & checked once in a while to see if it was back.

Looks like it came back around close to 11AM CST.

Glad it was not something too bad & back again. I was right in the middle of a long topic & couldn't bring up the next page to finish it & now I can.

Thanks! to those who brought it back online!

Tough way to start the day as in "no castboolits" I think it is easier to skip the coffee

Amen Jeepy... first thing in the morning, prayer and read., then coffee and CastBoolits... seems unnatural to do one without the other...

Should we be concerned that the CB site is Not Secure ?

Should we be concerned that the CB site is Not Secure ?

Only if you are doing financial transactions thru the CB forum. Like credit/debit card numbers, bank acct. numbers, etc. being shared...

Otherwise, IMO, it is not a big concern.

please schedule these unavoidable down times later in the morning. Some of us are in the reading room as part of the morning routine and rely on this site to facilitate things

You might be a redneck if your wheelbarrow breaks and it takes four relatives to figure out how to fix it. - Jeff Foxworthy

May apply to computers, too. Happy it was a short outage.
