hard time with Saeco lube sizer

I am seizing Saeco 350 gr. 45 rifle caliber cast bullet (wheel weight)

they are has cast .363 and I have a .459 seizing die in my lube seizer

the problem is it is super hard to seize these bullets even without gaz check

never had this problem with RCBS lube seizer

is this normal

I am using carnauba red and the sizer has a heat plate....

what if I use a NOE push through die I have one here but missing the .459 bushing

got the top punch adapter to push them nose first so I could seat the gaz check

I would be putting this on my redding Ultramar press ...... that should do:razz:

I tried my RCBS lube sizer and less twice the effort and more compared to the Saeco

this is with same bullet same alloy same gaz check

what gives?
