Okay, so I was on the Lever Gun Performance Studies website, (http://www.gmdr.com/lever/lowveldata.htm) looking at their 30-30 data. The lead in page gives a lot of information about test conditions and such.

There's just one thing that seems to be missing. Anybody know what range (distance) the groups were done at? I'm guessing either 50 or 100 yards, but it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere.

"...all groups were shot at 50 yards, with 10 rounds into each target/group."

Great resource

That's an interesting site but I do question some of their listed data. I realize mistakes can easily be made, especially typo's. As the 30-30 specifically the lack of the test range up front in the test conditions was a critical omission in my opinion and every Marlin 30-30 I've tested has had a 10" twist, not a 12" twist as stated. Perhaps not germane to the test data specifically but if comparing that data to one's own those are critical factors.
